Hi, I’m Jaz Chuhan, founder of The Reward Consultant. The go to Reward Partner for Middle East, Africa and beyond.

Over 15 years as an expat, in the world of HR and reward in the Middle East, working with incredible global companies like TikTok, Bayer, Abbott, and Willis Towers Watson. I started this consultancy with one goal in mind: to help organisations across the Middle East, Africa and beyond to build reward functions and processes that actually work. I am also qualified in Rewards Management via the CIPD.

Not just on paper. But in practice, for real businesses, real leaders, and real people.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen the impact that thoughtful, well-designed reward frameworks can have. They don’t just help you attract and retain top talent, they shape culture, boost performance, and create the kind of employee experience that sets great companies apart.

I have also seen the ugly side where poor designs, frameworks, lack of governance and not fit to support employee and organisation growth. Its terrifying but this is why I do what I do. Want people and businesses to grow and reward is a fundamental part of business and employer branding.
